EULA - End User License Agreement

USB Blocker Professional License

This license agreement ("License") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or single entity) and Mwisoft Inc.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE.

Mwisoft grants you an Evaluation period to judge the software usefulness after which you must register. The USB Blocker Professional unregistered version may be freely distributed provided the whole or any part of the distribution package is not modified or damaged. This license agreement permits you to use one copy of this software on only one computer for each purchased copy of the product. If you install the software onto a multi-user platform or network, each and every individual user of the software must be licensed separately.

2. OWNERSHIP.

The software is licensed, not sold. Mwisoft Inc. reserves all rights not expressly granted to you and retains ownership of all copies of this software. Any unauthorized distribution of your registration key will result in immediate and automatic termination of your license.

3. LIMITATION ON REVERSE ENGINEERING, DECOMPILATION, AND DISASSEMBLY.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Product, except and only to the extent that it is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

4. TRANSFER.

USB Blocker Professional may be permanently transferred if the recipient agree to the terms of this license. Prior to the transfer, the end user receiving the transferred Product must agree to all the EULA terms. After the transfer, you must completely remove the Product from your Computer.

5. NO WARRANTY.

In no event shall the author of this software be held liable for data loss, loss of profits or any other kind of loss while using this software. The user will assume the entire risk of using the software.

6. BREACH OF AGREEMENT.

Without prejudice to any other rights, Mwisoft Inc. may cancel this License Agreement if you do not abide by the terms and conditions of this License,in which case you must destroy all copies of the Product and all of its component parts.
